We're James and Emma Flood, the family behind Manor & Meadow. This is our story, why we chose wellness, and where we're heading next.

Our story · Est. 2023
How Manor & Meadow Began
We wanted to build something we could be proud of: a business that could support our family and give us more time with each other.
James has always had the ambition to build businesses, and has a couple of successful ventures behind him already. Emma brings the technical knowledge: the specifications, the materials and the small details that separate a good product from a great one.
Between James's sales know-how and Emma's eye for how things are made, it simply worked. Manor & Meadow was founded in 2023, and every decision since has been made by the two of us, together.

Why we chose wellness
We began with home and garden ware. Then life asked us to step away for a while to care for family, and when we came back, we saw things differently. We wanted everything we sell to genuinely make people's day-to-day lives better.
We've always been big believers in making time for self-care. On holiday, usually at a lodge we love in Scotland, the hot tub is the first place we head and the last place we leave. We wanted to bring that feeling home, for ourselves and for you.

What we stand for
Quality over Quantity
We'd rather offer a handful of products we wholeheartedly believe in than a catalogue we can't stand behind.
That's why our range is deliberately small. Every product is hand-picked by the two of us. We research the supplier, go through every specification and ask ourselves one simple question: would we have this in our own home?
A smaller range means we can know each product inside out, answer your questions properly and support you long after delivery. It's slower, and it means saying no far more often than yes, but it's the only way we'd want to do it.

How We Choose Our Products
Nothing appears on Manor & Meadow by accident. Each product goes through the same four checks before we'll put our name to it.

We partner with suppliers whose standards match our own, and we get to know them before we stock a thing.

A technical review
Emma goes through every specification: materials, build quality and certification, so you don't have to.

Would we have it at home?
The simplest test, and the most important one. If it's not good enough for our home, it's not good enough for yours.

Support after delivery
We're training ourselves to fit the products we sell, so our care continues long after your order arrives.

Where We're Heading
Our aspiration is to become the name people trust for wellness at home: a small, carefully chosen range, backed by people who know every product inside out.
We've recently welcomed Andrew to the business as a director. He's our business expert, mentoring us to be better business owners, and he's the reason we're pushing forward with such focus right now.
