The Lodge - Wood Fired
A two-room Nordic spruce sauna warmed by a Harvia wood-burning stove, with a panoramic front window and soft LED lighting.
Final package pricing to confirm
The Lodge brings the full sauna ritual into the garden, with two rooms under one gently sloping roof. Step into a sitting room lined with spruce storage benches, then through to the sauna room, where alder benches face a wide window onto the view beyond. A Harvia wood-burning stove warms the room the traditional way, while soft LED lighting carries the evening on long after dark. Built from Nordic spruce and held with stainless steel bands, it has room for six to eight. Light the fire, let the heat build, and properly switch off.
Nothing is final. James confirms the product, access, base and specification before any money changes hands.
Made for real life
Why the Lodge - Wood Fired?
Two rooms, one ritual
A sitting room to change and cool down in, and a sauna room behind a glass door. Everything the ritual needs, under one roof.
A view from the heat
The large window in the front wall looks straight out from the benches, so the garden becomes part of every session.
The warmth of a real fire
A Harvia M3 wood-burning stove heats the room the traditional way. Lighting it becomes part of the ritual: the crackle, the scent of wood, a slower kind of evening.
Built from Nordic spruce
38mm tongue-and-groove spruce walls and alder benches that stay comfortable to sit on. A considered piece, finished inside and out.

James's take
If the ritual matters as much as the heat, this is the one. Lighting the stove and waiting for the room to come up to temperature is part of the pleasure. You still get the sitting room, the big window and the lighting, so it’s every bit as comfortable as the electric version.

Good to know
Questions people ask
The things worth knowing before you decide. Anything else, James is happy to talk through.
Does it need electricity?
The heater is wood-burning, so the sauna needs no electricity to heat. The LED lighting does need power, and is hard-wired by a qualified electrician. James confirms exactly what is needed at the site review, so there are no surprises later.
How long does it take to heat up?
Heat-up time depends on the wood, the outside temperature and how warm you like it; most people enjoy a sauna at around 80–90°C. We will give you a realistic figure for your setup rather than a best-case one.
What base does it need?
It needs a level, waterproofed concrete base built to the manufacturer's drawings. This matters: the base keeps the doors and windows true, and it is a condition of the warranty. James confirms the exact requirement at the free site review, before any quote.
Will it fit through to my garden?
It can arrive fully assembled or as a complete kit to be built in your garden. Assembled, it is 4.3 metres long and 2.4 metres wide, so the route has to take that size. James checks the route at the site review and advises which suits your garden before anything is ordered.
What warranty does it come with?
Warranty terms are confirmed in writing alongside the exact specification you choose, so you know what is covered before you commit to anything.
