Seats 5–8 people
Diameter Ø1.8m
Jets 14 (6 air, 8 hydromassage)
Heating Wood-fired

The Retreat is the fullest expression of our fibreglass range. A smooth, single-piece shell sits within warm spruce cladding, its wood-fired heater built quietly into the tub itself.

Beneath the surface, fourteen jets work in two ways: gentle air bubbles that keep the water softly moving, and deeper hydromassage streams that many find ease the day from their shoulders and back. It arrives fully assembled, ready to be filled. Room for up to eight, and a place to properly switch off.

Nothing is final. James confirms the product, access, base and specification before any money changes hands.

Made for real life

Why the Retreat?

01

Warmth from a real fire

The stainless steel wood burner sits inside the tub itself, heating the water directly. Lighting it becomes part of the ritual: a slower, more grounded way to unwind.

02

Everything, and then the jets

The same shell, the same heater and the same build as the rest of the range, with an air bubble and hydromassage system added. Soft bubbles keep the water gently moving; deeper jets work where many find the day settles, across the shoulders and back.

03

Room to share, or to be alone

At 1.8 metres across, with smooth moulded benches, it seats five comfortably and up to eight. Enough for the family, calm enough for one.

04

Made for most evenings

For a tub that becomes part of the daily rhythm rather than a weekend treat, the jets change what an hour in the water feels like. It is the one to choose if you expect to use it often.

James's take

If you're going to use your hot tub most evenings, this is the one I'd point you to. You get everything that makes the fibreglass range easy to live with, plus jets that genuinely change how it feels to sit in. It's the one people tend to wish they'd chosen, so it's worth considering from the start.

Good to know

Questions people ask

The things worth knowing before you decide. Anything else, James is happy to talk through.

Does it need electricity?

The heater is wood-fired, so the water itself needs no electrical supply to heat. The jets do need power, though: a 700 W air pump for the bubbles and a 1,500 W pump for the hydromassage, with an outdoor supply near the tub fitted by a qualified electrician. James confirms exactly what your supply needs to be at the site review, so there are no surprises later.

How long does it take to heat up?

Heat-up time depends on the starting water temperature, the outside conditions and how hard you run the fire. The integrated heater sits in the water and the curved benches mean there is less to warm, so it heats efficiently. We will give you a realistic figure for your setup rather than a best-case one.

What base does it need?

A firm, level base about 2 metres across. Gravel, stone chippings or paving slabs are ideal; soil and lawn are not. There's no need for concrete, but air should be able to move beneath the tub so it stays dry.

Will it fit through to my garden?

It arrives fully assembled, so there's no building to do. As it's over two metres across, James will check the route into your garden with you before delivery.

What warranty does it come with?

Warranty terms are confirmed in writing alongside the exact specification you choose, so you know what is covered before you commit to anything.
