Both give you the same sauna. The difference is what happens in the few minutes either side of it.
For anyone whose sauna will sit within easy reach of the back door. You change indoors, walk out, and walk back in again afterwards, which most people find they don't mind at all.
It keeps the footprint smaller, which matters more than people expect in a garden that isn't vast. Simpler to site, simpler to run, and nothing about the sauna itself is compromised.
For anyone whose sauna will sit further from the house, or who plans to use it properly through the winter. Somewhere to leave a towel, change without crossing the garden twice, and sit for a few minutes while you cool down.
